Search doens`t work with content of page

Hi, I`ve created a FAQ and glosar page. One page where all the information are. But now I saw when I typ in a question of my FAQ in the search, that it doesn`t finde my page. How can I solve that problem?

Can you please explain where you are doing the search? Is it in Confluence global search? In a Livesearch macro maybe? Or is it from a Jira Service Management customer portal? A screenshot would be great to understand where the issue is.

I'm searching in the global search in the navigation section.

Is that an issue or can that be changed in the settings?
