Hi, I cannot see any of my spaces in the space directory. All filters (all spaces / site spaces / personal spaces / ...) return a box showing "No spaces found.".
Anybody an idea why this happened? Is it possible that I somewhere ticked a wrong box? Thanks!
In Confluence Admin there is a page called Content Indexing. On that page is a button to start a rebuild of the index. Depending upon the size of your environment it could take anywhere from minutes to hours to complete. While the index is rebuilding search will probably not work.
Thanks! Worked a treat :-)

Please advise where to find the "Content Indexing" page as I am having the same issue.

I have just discovered the knowledge I was missing...
So simple, yet as a new user it was easy to make this mistake.
Hopefully this thread will help others in the future :)

I get an error saying
You may have lost your connection. Refresh the page to try again.
Any suggestion on this?

That suggests your permissions to see them have been removed (test this by visiting a page in one of the spaces manually - if that works ok, it's not the permissions) OR that the index is broken, OR that someone has installed a hack or an add-on that hides it.
You'll need to talk to your admins about all of these

Thanks Nic, I can still visit all spaces. Hopefully index is broken and somebody can tell me how to fix it!

Did you get a solution? I see the same issue with Confluence 6.7.2.
