(Screenshot 2)
A Confluence user has emailed me (workplace Confluence admin) to say that her Last Modified dates are displaying as the day before she has actually updated them.
For instance, she has updated two topics on April 9, and the Last Modified dates are April 8.
I note the two updates are attachments, so I looked for examples of this happening with Confluence page updates. I found an update I had done on April 13. It is now appearing as April 12, and I know I was not in the office on that day so there is no mistaking this has happened. This also demonstrates that it isn't just my workmate's PC environment.
This must be some peculiarity of the Cloud storage but could anyone let me know whether this problem is fixable in the Confluence configuration items?
Helen,
You can attach your screenshots to your question by clicking the camera icon. It will allow you to upload any images you need.
Is this related to your instance at c***********i.atlassian.net? I'd like to have a look so feel free to send the examples and then I can compare them on the instance.
Regards,
Shannon

Thanks, Helen.
Out of curiosity, where are you based? Your time currently on your server is 11:47 am but your email address is in Australia. Is it possible that you haven't set your personal timezone so it conflicts with the local timezone of the instance?

We're in Australia. Are we talking about the settings on the user's PC or settings in Confluence admin?

Hi Helen,
No, strictly the settings in Confluence.
It looks like your server time is set to GMT which could cause the issue you're seeing if the users haven't set their individual times in their profile:
Can you confirm what timezone your profile is set to?
