Unable to find a page within Confluence that I know exists

Karen Ferland February 21, 2018

A page has been created. I try to search for it and get no results. Because I know that it exists, I am able to find it using other means; however, other users are not.

What could be causing the search to not find the page?

Is there some type of system refresh that could be performed to realign links that have gotten out of sync somehow?

@Karen Ferland

Hi Karen,

is the problem only related to searching the page, or does the page also not show up within the space it was created?

Did you already run a reindex job like described at

Cheers

Kurt

Kurt, we ran this job over the weekend. I hope that this resolves the issue. I'll let you know. Thanks again for the suggestion.

Kurt, I have been able to find all the pages I am looking for, so far this week. Thanks again for the help.

Do the other users have the permission to view the page?

Yes, they do.
