Hi Atlassian,

We setup Identity Manager as part of a test, now we can't login to your site anymore, please help.

We created a test confluence site in your cloud (named sbtest2.‍atlassian.‍net and setup Identity Manager as part of this, using single-sign towards our company domain.

Our Azure guy deleted the components in Azure, and now we can't login to your site with any of our company email accounts, since the federation is no longer working.

Can you please help in removing this federation again?

I'd rather not spell out the domain name in this public forum, but hope you deduce that from the above info.

Jens,

This does need to be a support ticket so the team can get your personal information and help you.

I found the ticket you tried to create but it went to the Advocates because you weren't able to provide your SEN, and we cannot find the domain that you mentioned.

I'm going to reply to you on that case so we can get the information we need and find out the reason that you're not able to login.
