What blueprint variables are there?

In the Meeting notes blueprint there are a two variables that are automatically assigned when a page is created from the template, currentDateLozenge and documentOwner. I would like to have some other things possibly auto-filled when a page is created but I can't seem to find either a list of the available variables that I can use or a tutorial of how to set up variables that will then act this way.

Where can I find this information?

I can't see a list of default variables such as the date but thank you for the tutorial link.
