how can I set watch for page tree?

Corrently my unerstanding is I just set watch just one page, one SPACE.

But, we usually make a main topic page, and sub topicks set under the topic page.

That case, we want to set watch just set one pange and under this page.

Is it possible to set on conflunce? 

e.g.) I woud like to wathc under A main topic.

SPACE

 A main topic  <---watch

  --- A sub topic 1 <--- watch

 ----A sub topic 2 <--- watch

 ----- in the future, will add A sub topic 3 new page <--- watch

B main topic

 --- B sub topic1

......

The closest thing in case you use slack would be slack notifications: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/use-slack-and-confluence-together/ it is still suboptimal and is not out of the box solution, but is something.

if you are still looking for a cloud solution, have a look at Deep Watch. That plugin allows you to watch a hole page tree with a single click and you’ll get notified for new, changed and moved pages below the watched page.
