Can I in some way prevent multiple edit at the same time in confluence using macro?
My users want to make sure that editing documents in Confluence only are possible one at the time - prevent different versions that are not compatible
ex)
The purpose of the macro is to allow a group to store and work with specfication documents in Confluence. The current environment allowes multiple actors to download and work on the same document at the same time, this is not good.
In detail:
A macro that, when used on a page, can create a sign on the page that changes depending on if the document on the page is checked out or checked in and, if the docuemnt is checked out, does not allow other users to check out the document. It would also be benificial to see who has checked out that document.
For editing Confluence pages you could switch off (or let the admin do it) collaborative editing.

For attachments / files / documents attached to a page, you can use an app from the marketplace:
We use it, works perfectly...

Are you talking about attachments or are you talking about a page?
What version of confluence are you using?
