I installed atlassian-confluence-7.4.1-x64.exe as administrator on Windows 10 Pro.

The error says to enter a license key, but there's nowhere to enter it.

A license key is requested at the very beginning of the installation procedure.
Wasn't that with your installation?

Why didn't you install the latest version of confluence?

After the installer completed successfully, the browser window it opened was blank. After a few minutes I gave up and started looking at the logs. Ten minutes later I went to localhost:8090 and saw the above. I never got the usual interactive setup.

7.4.1 is the current long-term support release. I suppose I could try again with 7.6.0.

7.6.0 worked. Likely the problem was that I neglected to delete the directories from a previous installation since I didn't think I'd installed it on this PC before.
