Reorder page in confluence is blank

Reorder page in confluence is blank in one particular space. Other spaces we can able to see.

Are you retrieving a blank Gliffy Diagram when reordering pages in Confluence?

Actual error when moving pages is "Error Retrieving Bread crumbs"

Error in Logs :
