SVG appearing black when shifted in gliffy.

I saved a shape from visio as svg and then added it to gliffy but the shape is appearing completely black in color. If I open it outside gliffy (normal open) then it's perfect so there wasn't any problem in taking it from visio. Any idea, why and solution? Any other way of using visio shapes in gliffy by adding them as custom library?

Hi Rida,

We would need to see the SVG to be able to determine why it is showing black. While we do try and support most SVG files, we have not yet implemented support for css in SVG. We don't know if this is the issue causing this without looking at the file, so please email support@gliffy.comwith the following:

1. Version of Confluence

2. Version of Gliffy

3. Please attach the SVG to the ticket
