Hi,
when clicking the Share button no fields for the target users or the message shows up, as explained in the Atlassian's "share a page or blog post". The theme being applied is the default and we have no custom HTML, styles or JS.
What shows up:
Versus what is expected:
We are using Confluence 6.4.2 and it happens in all browsers.
Did anyone have this situation already, and/or know how to solve it (and what may be the cause)?
Thank you.
Check if system-plugins related to email notifications are not disabled. To check this go to Confluence Administration -> Manage add-ons. Select "System" from picklist and search for "wordbox" plugins.
* Verify if "Workbox - Common Plugin", "Workbox - Confluence Provider Plugin", "Workbox - Host Plugin" are enabled.
Then search for "Notifications" plugins and verify if following plugins are enabled:
* Confluence Email Notifications Plugin
* Confluence Content Notifications Plugin
* Confluence Batch Notifications plugin
Hi Vitor,
I am curious if you have configured a mail server for your instance. It is mentioned in this documentation that the users will not appear in the resulting dialog if a mail server has not been set up.

In addition, the steps to setting up a mail server in 6.4.2 can be found here:

Hi Nancy,
thanks a lot for your reply.
The mail server was correctly configured. I've confirmed it by sending a test mail to my personal and our functional mailbox accounts.
I take the opportunity to wish you a happy new year,
Best regards,
Vitor Castelo
