in the browser console:

miss configuration found: spo.load.list subKey: request.failed hint: 400 error

and the output from SharePoint API

{"error":{"code":"-1, Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.InvalidClientQueryException","message":{"lang":"en-US","value":"The expression \"Web/Lists(guid'{274bda92-e8ef-4dc0-8deb-deb74b91b10e}')\" is not valid."}}}

Any ideia?

Thanks!

Hi there,

I am part of the Communardo support team for the SharePoint Connector for Confluence and we are happy to look into your issue.

We offer some possible solutions for configuration test errors in our knowledge base article:

For "Load List" or "Load Document"

This problem could be caused by one of the following:

  1. Inappropriate firewall settings
  2. The user currently logged in in SharePoint does not have sufficient permissions. The user needs to have at least read permission to at least one list respectively document.

We suggest to check firewall settings and permissions of the currently logged in user in SharePoint.

However, these things can be difficult to troubleshoot without all the background info. We we would love to have a closer look. To raise a support request, please use our customer portal: https://jira.communardo.de/servicedesk/customer/portal/2

We are looking forward to hearing from you!

Best
