Spaces not working

Whenever I click the "spaces" icon, nothing happens. This is on a brand new install. It seems there is a dropdown that tries to appear, but nothing. Here is a screenshot: http://bit.ly/2QyFXbg

We are a small company, so we will probably only have one space. I have created a page and trying to make it the homepage of the space and ultimately the homepage for the entire site but having no luck.

Check if you are logged into Confluence. I have previously seen this issue when I was not logged in and tried to look into the spaces drop-down. Hope this helps.
