Troubleshooting Barcode Font

I'm trying to display a barcode from within a Run Macro on a Page. I've downloaded the Confluence Fonts plug-in and placed it within the Run block. I've placed the TTF font in the <confluence install> directory and use the URL $base_url/FREE3OF9.TTF for the Font plug-in.

It doesn't find it, nor does it flow out any errors.

Any ideas of what to look for?
