Under Space Tools / Viewtracker I see 'Unknown macro' errors. Why?

I would like to enable the viewtracker information that appears under Space Tools / Viewtracker in Confluence Confluence 5.5.2.

When I click on the tab, I see the following errors....

Can you please advise what the cause of this issue is?

According to the documentation of the viewtracker plugin, you must have the reporting plugin installed to generate reports (note that the reporting plugin is not a free plugin).

Thanks Steve and Stephen. Seems odd that tab should show up, if the plugin isn't installed.

However, I'll check with my Space admin to determine if it has or not.

Can you check if the reporting-plugin from Servicerocket is installed? It looks like the plugin is missing.
