Universal Wiki Converter

In the Universal Wiki Converter FAQ it states it writes your files out to uwc\output\output.  However I notice in the log it states the write to disk option is turned off.  There is no documentation detailing the setting to turn it on or off.  How do you get the program to write the files out to disk after conversion?

No not at this time.  Still have not been able to find an answer.
