Upgrade confluence from 2.10 to 5.9.5

We have the requirement of upgrading our confluence from version 2.10 to 5.9.5

What are the steps that we have to follow?

And for the sake of the children make sure to upgrade a copy of your system first to test it out first. There are bound to be issues going from such and old version to one of the most recent.
