Upgrade key benefits

Hi, I have just upgraded our 6.2 Confluence to 6.13 (dev environment) .  We needed to get on much newer version and chose the Enterprise version.  It was before enterprise 7 came out. 

Before upgrading Production I wanted promote the key, major, upgrade benefits to our users.  Can anyone provide a conscise summary of the benefits between these versions (or close to it) .  Am happy to dredge through all the release notes and compile one but am hoping I don't have to re-invent the wheel.
