Some of our spaces in Confluence includes Team Calendars.
When a users are watching these spaces they get spammed with Team Calendar updates.
Is there any way to avoid this?
Solution:
Found out that this can easily be achieved by going to Confluence administration ➜ Team Calendars ➜ Enable "Don't notify space or page watchers".
This means only people who are directly watching a calendar will get notifications, not users who are watching the space which contains the calendar.
In this case it is wise to inform people that if they wish notifications, they should explicitly select which calendar they want to follow.
Whats the solution in the cloud version?
