Wondering what happens if extensions are deleted, do the old charts/graphs/etc disappear?
Specifically looking to get rid of:
- draw.io Diagrams
- Markdown Extensions
- Excellentable Spreadsheet for Confluence
For draw.io uninstalling the plugin will mean the diagrams are not displayed on your Confluence pages. However, the data is still stored as attachments to the pages on which they are displayed, you don't lose the data.
If you simply do not want to pay for the plugin, leave it installed, but unlicensed. The diagrams will display on the pages, you just won't be able to create new ones or edit existing diagrams.
We had a Jira instance where we removed the Gliphy add-on. If we just unsubscribed, but did not uninstall the add-on, we were able to still view any existing diagrams. Uninstalling the add-on made the diagrams no longer viewable.
Not an exact answer, so I would suggest checking directly with the add-on supplier.

Hi Anna, We pretty much follow the same policy listed above by David from Draw.io. If you don't renew Excellentabe, it will still display your Spreadsheets content and you may only lose your ability to edit depending on the version you are on. We don't remove content from your instance when you uninstall the app. So, even if you remove Excellentable for a long period of time and then reinstall it again, all of your content will show up again. Hope this helps and sorry for the delay in responding.
