With 5.9 my My Space are not sorted. What order are they in?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Confluence 5.5 Release Notes

With the release of 5.9, the home screen has changed. There is a new My Spaces area in the left side bar. The spaces do not seem to be in any order. How can I soft them alphabetically?

The Javascript solutions suggested in there do not work in my environment though.

I second on this one. Just upgraded to 5.9 and see that the My Spaces are not sorted.

Is there any way to change that?
