authenticate password

Hi, we login with ldap in confluence. 
I add the OAuth authenticate to Confluence with Miniorange plugin , but in OAuth everybody can registering and logging to the confluence . 

i want to config the confluence such that Confluence Admin register the users email and the password authenticate from the google or the other OAuth Provider.
How can i have this config authentication in my Confluence?

The plugin has a configuration option to restrict new user creation so that only registered users can log in to confluence.
