confluence erro

I have got an error. I think that confluence throws it.

It is : "Unable to populate the root directory". 

I would like to know which method thorws it and what it the problem.

Can someone help me, please ?

Hi @kim

Can you let us know the version of Confluence you are using? Where exactly you are seeing this error message and when? If Confluence is throwing any error, you can review the atlassian-confluence.log and share the logs
