draw.io Template attachment error File not found

I have the following issue: We used a process template, which was a draw.io attachment for our users. We now seperated our userbase into different companies, and I wanted to create a template space for everyone to use.

I copied the page the template was on into the new space and edited the draw.io setting to use that page as template page. The users in the original company can still use that template page, however, the new company users can not.

The error message when I try to edit the draw.io file in the new template page is "File not found".

Am I missing some obvious permission settings here?

Could you file a support ticket and in the meantime I'll setup a test instance of Confluence where we can repeat this.
