It would be nice to be able to display and print this with the page instead of having to go to Tools / Page Activity separately.
You can display the same information in the page by adding the {pageactivity} macro into page content. Note that this macro is not currently in the macro browser so Confluence will automatically enclose it in the "wiki markup" macro. We do plan on fixing this in the future.

It looks great on the screen but when exported to pdf I get strange formatting. the following appears at the top. Is there a way to specify the formatting so that it is just a simple list of workflow state changes, date, time and user?
