numbered headings don't come across inside 'include page macro'

I can't figure out how to contact the vendor Support desk. but if have numbered headings in a page, then include that page in another page, the numbered headings don't come across. you can put the include page macro inside the numbered headings macro on the destination page, but then it includes headings that you did NOT want numbered on the original page.

Is there a setting to correct this?

True, that link works if you have a username and password...but there's no way to sign up on that form. but thank you for responding!
