i have several code blocks in a confluence page but want to remove/reformat them to be regular text/paragraph. i can't find any documentation or how-to. i'd rather not copy/paste the whole page into a text editor and reformat/edit then paste back.
Highlight, copy and then right click (in brave tested) paste as text only (TIP: CTL-SHIFT-V) - this removes the macro code-block formatting.
you can copy macro content, paste it as regular text and remove code block macro.

@Pete Wilkins Welcome to the Atlassian community
The only way is to copy and paste it out. You might try Notepad since it strips off the formatting.
