setup page looping

Hello 

After we restarted server all confluence pages start to looping us to http://localhost/bootstrap/selectsetupstep.action

and the text on that page is:

"Your confluence instance is already completely setup.

Return to Confluence."

We didn't change any options.

Why does this think its the setup page, and that that i want to do additional setup?

I tried option "Return to Confluence." and it looped me back to  http://localhost/bootstrap/selectsetupstep.action

Also I tried to go to page http://localhost/login.action and it looped me back to  "http://localhost/bootstrap/selectsetupstep.action"

I'm really stuck

Could you please upload the contents of your <install folder>/logs/catalina.out and <data folder>/logs/atlassian-confluence.log
