white list url for being able to upload informations about plugin in the upm

Not sure if this is possible but as we are behind reverse proxies, we are actually unable to get information from Atlassian to upload informations about plugins in the upm.

Is there a unique url that be have to whitelist ?

If I understand the question correctly I think you need to configure a proxy for Confluence by following the instructions at http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Configure+Web+Proxy+Support+for+Confluence
