Redirect a site to different URL

Hello,

I have a site ( https://rc.ucf.edu ) that has a certificate error, and we change the certificate to validate for https://www.rc.ucf.edu.

I would like to redirect rc.ucf.edu to www.rc.ucf.edu. How do I do this?? Thanks.
