×Hello,
I need help to restore my original Confluence installation. I usually use a self-hosted dockerized version of confluence. But recently the usage of the resources of the server was huge due some undesired processes on /tm/.solr/solrd.
Exactly the same problem describeb in this post:
This problem it seems caused by a vulnerabulity in you software, as descirben in this post:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/confluence-security-advisory-2021-08-25-1077906215.html
I decide to stop and remove the container of confluence to stop this processes. Then I tried to tun the confluence docker container of the version 7.4.11 (a fixed version) but my license it si not compatible with this version.
Then I tried to rerun the confluence containter with the version comaptible with my license but I get this screen when I try to open the url of my installation.
I guess that I need upgrade my license to access a versions of confluence without security problems.
Plaease I need help to solve this as soon as possible becuase part of my company is paralyzed.
Kind Regards
Hi @Chloroplast games , welcome to the Community!
Checking your account, I see a valid starter license (10 user) that's still within support maintenance. You may simply need to retrieve the current license key from https://my.atlassian.com if this is the instance you're working on. When the licenses are renewed, a new key is generated that needs to be applied in the product, but sometimes this gets missed and you wind up with an instance in active support that has an old license key.
If you do see a license at my.atlassian.com that's still listed as current (expiring in 2022 for example), you can copy this license and apply it into Confluence:
Then upgrading Confluence to a fixed version for the vulnerability will no longer give you a license error.
Please let me know if that helps or if I can provide additional assistance.
Thanks,

Hello Daniel,
You are so fast resolving problems. I did this and works i can update Confluence but now I have a problem restoring the backup of the old Confluence version. I have to do some tests still.
Thank you
