I had previously configured my Confluence instance (some years ago) to restrict access to the Tomcat instance to only http://localhost:8080. I'm doing some experimentation and I need to reverse this setting.
I looked over the server.xml and everything looks stock. Where else should I look for an IP restriction on where this service is accessed from? I have verified that iptables and selinux are not interfering.
Are you running a reverse proxy in front of Confluence? (eg. apache with mod_proxy?)
In your server.xml, make sure that the <Connector> element doesn't have an IP address specified in the "address" attribute (I assume you have already checked this, but just pointing out explicitly where the binding is usually configured)
