I am a space admin having all permissions marked as " (/) ", except for delete own. Even so, I am unable to remove restrictions for some pages, created by other users, for which I don't have edit or view.
Is it posible to remove restrictions on pages without having specific permissions on them, but only admin permissions on the space the pages belong to?
Hi Virgil,
yes, it is possible. Open the page
http://<your-confluence-url>/pages/listpermissionpages.action?key=<spacekey>
As an admin, there you can see the list of restricted pages and remove their restrictions.
I went there, but as far as I can see it works only on pages that my user has explicit permissions on.
When I try to remove the restrictions from a page that is limited (both edit and view) to some specific users, removing the restrictions action links to a page that displays the following message:

Hi Virgil,
yes, you are right. I have to correct myself, I'm sorry.
You also need to be Confluence Administrator to break the lock on the pages, space administrator is not enough.
