Hello,
we are using Confluence 7.13.7 with LDAP authentication and deleted the confluence account of an employee that left the company, instead of disabling it. In the page history, the user is now shown as "user-52cc8".
How can I rename user-52cc8 to something different?
Hey @Marc Nemes
The behaviour is outlined on https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf713/delete-or-disable-users-1077914300.html
"When a user account is deleted > Their account is deleted and anonymised permanently, and can't be restored" - so seems this user is permanently anonymised.
I would suggest trying to change the behavior of your LDAP connection to disable users who are no longer present in LDAP (not sure if this is possible with direct Confluence > LDAP)
