How do I reorder space in Spaces directory and my space?

You will not able to reorder space in Spaces directory.

However, you will be able to use the configurations mentioned in https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/navigate-spaces-829076190.html, https://confluence.atlassian.com/get-started-with-confluence-cloud/the-space-directory-934720176.html documents to customize.
