Scaling contents of an iFrame macro

Hi there. Beginner Confluence user here.

I am using iFrame to show Google Sheets pages and the iFrame contents as displayed are too big. How can I scale down the contents to fit the iFrame size?

Also, when I insert the iFrame macro, there is a box for the link, the height, and the width, but nothing else. Then after I finish inserting it, a code box is available within the macro. I'd like to do this through that code box if possible.
