Hello,
I would like to know if there is any possibility to plan a bulk purge trash within Confluence?
Scriptrunner has the feature as a Built-in Script but there is no way to plan it.
It would be nice to set it to work every 30 days for example. So is there any way?
Also one more question: is there any way to display pages, that have not been viewed/accessed for over 1 year and can therefore be deleted?
Btw: i´m running 6.12.2
Thanks
Found Confluence scriptrunner bulk Purge Trash functionality.
That looks to be working in test env. and next step is to get it production and automated.
Yousaf,
We have a feature request for this here:
There's some discussion on that thread about some workarounds that I would encourage you to review.
Someone also linked to this:
Maybe you'll be able to create something using these resources?
For your 2nd question, you'll want to raise another thread. Users on the Community respond to threads based on their title and if someone knows the answer to your 2nd question they may not see it if you include it here.
Take care,
Shannon
