Searchresults user profile macro

My colleague person X, gets no search results for the user profile macro in Confluence via browser Google Chrome version 78.0.3904.97 (Officiële build) (64-bits)

If I search on this computer outside a session via browser Google Chrome Version 68.0.3440.75 or Internet Explorer 11.1304.17134.0 or Microsoft Edge 42.17134.1098.0 or Firefox version 76.0.1 by filling in person X and search I get the result i expected.

If I search on this computer inside a session via browser Google Chrome or Internet Explorer, filling in person X and search, I get the result i expected.

Is the user profile macro for confluence not compatible with some version of Google Chrome?
