Afternoon.
I upgraded from Confluence 6.5 to 7.4. while following this guide. https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/upgrading-confluence-4578.html
I was able to complete the upgrade process successfully however once I started the services and logged in. All but one of my spaces were missing. I scrolled further down in the documentation and saw there was "after upgrade" steps.
Step 7 states the following:
If you're using an Oracle or MySQL database, you'll need to copy the jdbc driver jar file from your existing Confluence installation directory to confluence/WEB-INF/lib
in your new installation directory.
Microsoft SQL and Postgres users can skip this step.
Is this required? I do not see jdbc driver in my original install location and I'm using MySQL. I performed a full system search for this driver and results do not come up... Any ideas?
I'm currently able to login and dont see anything wrong at the moment but want to ensure this step isnt required for something later down the line....
