Server version new WYSIWYG availablity. Automatically convert Heading to anchor in server version

1) Am I right that Server version of Confluence doesn't have this feature
when every heading is highlighted as page anchor via #someAnchor

2) and new WYSIWYG is not available at Server version as well  ?

Hi @Quadro 

As far as I know:

  1. No, in confluence server this isn't possible
  2. No, the new editor isn't available on confluence server

The features I mentioned above seems to be available in Cloud version only, am I right?
