Setup hours for confluence

Can someone provide me with very very high level that how much would it cost to setup confluence.

I have not explored confluence much but my clients need a rough estimate on the cost. If we have to setup basic funcitonality how much would it cost or how many hours will it take? any oen how has done basic setup?

You need to define your use case and what your needs are. Do you have LDAP? Do you need a custom theme implemented?

What are you aiming to achieve with Confluence?

Technically, Confluence isn't too hard to setup and administer.

How long is a piece of string?

If you've no data to import and a simple setup, you can get a confluence running in five minutes.

The pricing model is a set of bands, so you need to budget for the number of users.

The rest of it (imports, analysing what people need/want, adding the right number of starting spaces, establishing support mechanisms and training if needed) depends entirely on how you plan to use it.
