The share feature in confluence is useful to send links to people on pages they may find useful. My problem is that it is only a link. Is it possible to send the contents of the page as well in the email so people can easily read the pages without logging into confluence?
Thanks
Hi Richard,
You can try Comala Share It. With this add-on you can share your pages and attachments with users without permission to access them, so those that people don't have to log into Confluence to read the pages (a public yet secure link like in Dropbox).
Disclaimer: I work for Comalatech, the company behind Comala Share It.
Let us know what do you think!

Hi Richard,
Seibert produces a plugin that creates a full HTML email of the page (the entire page) and sends via email: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/net.seibertmedia.confluence.plugin.mailpage/server/overview . I believe this meets your need as people can view the whole page in the email without needing to visit Confluence itself.
Best,
Daniel
