Hi guys,
We have the following situation:
We are using Scroll Viewport integrated with Scroll Versions. We have about 10 versions of our documentation and 2 viewports. We would like to show different versions in the two viewports. The reason for this is that we would like to use one viewport for review purposes so we would like to show the latest, draft version of our docu in it. We would not want this version to appear in the "official viewport" which our clients have access to.
Any ideas are welcome!
Many thanks in advance!
You should be able to do this with just one viewport. As long as your reviewers are logged into Confluence and have View permission in the space, they'll see all versions that are set to be visible publicly as well as those only visible to authors.
