Show dynamic content in PDF macro

Hello together,

I am using ConfiForms to create new Confluence pages from a form via IFTTT. In the form there is a field for attachments.

The created page will then show a link to the attachment.

What I would like to have is that in case this attachment is a pdf file the created page contains a pdf macro for this file.

Is there a way to add this macro to the new page and giving it the attached file as file name?
