TOC to a shared page??

I have several customer-facing spaces that share content from another space. Yep, lots of Page Include macros. Now I need to add a bit of help content to get my non-wiki customers (and co-workers) more comfortable. I'd like to create the help in the Shared Content space and simply provide a TOC on each customer space. The default TOC macro works only on the current page. Does anyone know of another option, macro, or idea on how to accomplish this?
