Question: How to format a specific table (not all tables!) to have invisible borders.
Background: we want to have images with their caption next to it.
There's obviously no dedicated makro for this yet. The Adaptavist Content Formatting macro would allow formatted HTML tables but is not available for Confluence 4 (yet). Using area and column makros works but produces awfully long pages in the WYSIWYG editor due to unnecessary whitespace in the makros. So tables seem more appropriate.
Any preferred solution? Writing a dedicated user macro maybe?
If it's a one-off, you could try using jQuery to modify the styles of the table on just that page with the html macro.
