Task List Problem in Confluence 4.3

We updated to 4.3 late yesterday and have found out that the task list are not working. Opening the WorkBox just just shows a perpetual loading screen. ()

Also editing a page and using the "@mentions" doesn't populate a list of users when I start typing names either. I've tried in IE, Firefox and Chrome all not working.

Please any help is appreciated.

It was actually a bad install, not a bug or glitch with Confluence. The folks over at the Support Portal were extremely helpful and we got it resolved quite quickly. Thanks.

This looks like an upgrade/config issue and will probably require some debugging work, best done with our support team. Please contact our support team via our Support Portal. If you have never used our support services before, you'll have to sign up. Let us know the resolution here, if you decide to go that route.
