The menu items are not clickable

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Using Confluence on a Mobile Device

Hi there,

The menu icon which has items such as "Switch to desktop version" does not work for us. All the menu items are not clickable. Our version of Confluence is 5.8.10

I downloaded the RefinedMobile plugin from RefinedWiki and the mobile/iPad version looks better. No need for the functionality to switch to the desktop version.

Hi everyone,

Same here, I try to access Desktop version on my iPad, and no item of the menu work. I tried with Safari, Firefox, Dolphin.

Confluence 5.8.14

Something curious : on a colleague's iPad, the access to desktop version is okay. We compared Safari parameters, without success. I erased all Safari caches, etc.
