Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×I'm trying to uninstall Confluence (and will re-install after). I've already deleted the home directory and now I'm in the process of getting rid of the installation directory. Here's what I did and the error output.
I waited a while after entering my confirmation so I ^C-ed out and I got the above error.
Honestly, at this point I just feel like deleting the installation directory manually, but I'm not sure if that's the "proper" way to do it.
Help would be much appreciated!
EDIT: Just manually deleted the installation directory by doing ‘sudo rm -rf /opt/atlassian/‘. Worked great. Was able to reinstall with no problems. Would still like to know what’s up with that error and how to fix that.
